Our Current Show: UNSHARED SACRIFICE

Curator Vance Gellert has been organizing photo exhibitions at the IFP gallery for the last three years. He brings 13 years prior experience as director/curator at pARTs Photographic Arts/Minnesota Center for Photography and an MFA in photography. He assembles five exhibitions a year, thematically relating two photographers work in each presentation. All work is Minnesota based emerging photographers of promise and projects by mid career artists that have not been shown. He’ll make studio and gallery visits to discuss and review work in person, as well accept submissions on electronic files, via CD or by email. Please submit no more that 20 images, 1,200 dpi on longest side in JPEG format saved at 6. Please include a statement about the work and resume. The IFP openings and exhibitions are well promoted and attended. There is no charge for exhibiting artists.
